TECHNOLOGY CLIENT PROJECT
Provided ongoing project management and interior design services to facilitate changing the current work environment from a traditional to an alternative workplace. Services included re-stacking planning, tenant alterations and the reutilization of existing modular furniture and new furniture specification, in collaboration with local furniture vendors, to ensure best price procurement for client.
FEDERAL BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT
GSA project included the relocation of agencies from their current floor to a swing space on a separate floor for the duration of the renovation as well as a move back to their original floor once the upgrades were complete. Preparation for each swing included meetings with each agency to review floor plans, equipment requirements, scheduling access to the building with the General Contractor, and on-site supervision the weekend of each move.
CITY PROJECT
Provided reutilization and relocation planning services to project manager. Included scheduling the relocation of staff, furnishings and technology equipment into multiple swing space locations. White-Glove packing services, technology plug-in and testing, inventory, storage and phased planning for the disposal of client owned property were provided.
BANKING INSTITUTION PROJECT
Responsible for the planning and project management of a multi-phased move from multiple locations to the bank’s new HQ building which included the relocation and re-utilization of existing furnishings as well as a full content move for approximately 90 people. Provided a digital inventory and calculated estimation of value for depreciation of product donated for the Bank’s internal audit as well as provided warehouse storage and asset management during interim for the sale or donation of these assets.
NATIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PROJECT
Maintained inventory of all surplus FFE from multiple locations in San Antonio and surrounding area. Scheduled site visits of acquisitions, coordinated pick up of products, and pulls from inventory for disposal or delivery, updated inventory tracking for monthly storage charges and received new product shipped to FRX warehouse.
WAREHOUSE REORGANIZATION PROJECT
Contracted to help manage large warehouse moves for utility companies as they expanded and moved to new facilities. Included the evaluation of all current storage, creating an organizational space plan of the new warehouse as well as re-utilized pieces and sharing best practices for inventory management, organization and protocols.
NATIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PROJECT
Developed disposition program for 23 properties in South Texas that included pick-up and warehousing, inventory, condition assessment, and disposition. Created a reporting system that provided the end user with valuable metrics to report to their internal customers and shareholders.
